Terms of Service
1. What Frametude is right now
Frametude is currently a closed private beta. There is no payment plan and no public sign-up — access is by invitation only, and the product, its features, and these terms can change without notice while the beta is running.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google, through Firebase Authentication. We don't have our own password system and don't see or store your Google password. Keep your Google account secure — anyone with access to it has access to your Frametude account.
3. What you upload and how it's used
You upload footage you've shot for an étude. That footage is sent to an AI provider (Google Gemini) to generate a critique — a strength, a priority, and, where applicable, an edited cut of your shots. You keep ownership of everything you shoot. We use your footage only to run the critique and cut features you asked for, not to train third-party models.
4. How long we keep your footage
Raw video clips are deleted 14 days after upload. The critique text, scores, and skill history that were generated from that footage are kept so you can track progress over time — for example, comparing your day 4 to your day 30.
5. Beta expectations
Because this is a beta, things will break, change, or occasionally disappear. We'll try to give notice before anything that affects your saved skill history. If you'd rather delete your account and data during the beta, email us and we'll take care of it.
