1. Who this covers

This policy covers the closed private beta of Frametude. There is no payment processing today, so we don't collect or store billing information.

2. What we collect

Your name and email from Google sign-in (via Firebase Authentication); the video footage you upload for an étude; the critiques, scores, and skill history generated from that footage; and basic usage analytics (page views, feature interactions) through Google Analytics 4.

3. How your footage is used

Uploaded footage is sent to Google Gemini to generate a frame-specific critique and, for shots études, an edited cut. The footage is used only to produce the feedback and cut you requested — it is not used to train third-party models or shared with anyone outside the systems that generate your critique.

4. How long we keep data

Raw video clips are deleted 14 days after upload. Critique text, scores, and skill history are retained so your progress stays comparable over time. Account data is retained until you ask us to delete it.

5. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the beta is used — for example, which screens people visit and which features they use. This does not include your uploaded footage or critique content.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to delete your account, your footage, or your critique history at any time by emailing us. During the beta this is a manual process — we'll confirm once it's done.
